It was a useful base for our good stay. The hotel had a very central location to a mosque that loudly broadcasts the entirety of prayer services multiple times a day. The service was good as we had expected.

the location was perfect, close to a train station for the botanical garden in bogor and shopping area and street food, in a very convenient area. i ate at the in-house restaurant near the hotel. the breakfast was delicious and amazing and the pool was lovely.

It was in a secluded location, to SukarnoHatta airport.

Comfy hotel with incredibly nice staff on Reception best service, appreciated our staying. Our breakfasts were incredible and adequate with extraordinary good coffee. The location was unbeatable, at a moderate distance from a well-known obelisk.

The hotel's location in a business area is excellent, with nearby markets and department stores for convenience. Central Jakarta is a district that's definitely worth exploring. the restaurant offers fantastic healthy dishes, and the service from both the room service team and the restaurant staff is remarkable.

Consistently courteous staff, good views on the skyline, everything is great. Its rooms are big for a great stay during my business trip. The airport is 9 miles away.

I booked 2 rooms with exact request that i have a 7 months old baby and i asked for non smoking room and rooms that close to each others, when i came at 2 pm they said they dint have non smoking rooms and i ghave to wait for my rooms till 3.30pm they said if i want non smoking room they have one on the 3 rd floor the other one is on the other level so tehy dont leave me any choice since my baby have to sleep next to my room and i cant cancel the other room even if i put my baby on my bed ( which is impossible cos the bed is only full size bed ) , the next morning the reception call me and asked if i can check out at 1pm ,the y said they need the rooms , i insist to kept my room till 2 pm since they promise to gavE me late check out compesating my late check in , i told them that i havent got my room till 3.30 pm upon check in, in the end i checked out a 1.30 ish , really dissapointing for that matters , but the staff is really helpful

Decent pool for a refreshing dip and convenient onsite parking. the location is simply amazing, set in a really nice part of town.

Hotel is new. Room is big, bright with sofa & modern, high ceiling. Free wifi in room. Kitchen may be useful. Bed is comfortable. Value for money at time price paid considering free wifi, breakfast included compared to adjacent Akamani. Lobby has nice furnitures for guests waiting. Silverbird taxi readily available.

Breakfast was inadequate (ran out of butter & no pan fried eggs). Some tables of coffeeshop inside too small even for 2 pax.

i always use citidines when in asia they are allways very good . i picked this hotel because of the facilties , the gym , pool ! none of this were even ready !!! they shouldnt of advertised this hotel as open an not said these were not avalible ! i was very disapointed to say the least ! i could of got a hotel like ibis much cheaper . i am going to write a letter to head office an complain i feel ive been misled . the hotel never even offered any help to locate a gym etc ! im not happy at all .
